BVD Regulations and Rules 12-31-24_Page_01.jpg

Bahama Village Dock shareholders and tenants use the slips at Bahama Village Docks as directed by the Bahama Village Docks, Inc. May 11, 2018, Regulations & Rules of Conduct as quoted below.

Separately, section 5 of the Coronado Cays Homeowners Association Member Handbook contains rules pertaining to docks and wharfage. For the most part, the BVD Docks Regulations and Rules of Conduct are in accord the CC HOA Members Handbook.

As a result of CC HOA Board of Directors Amendments to the handbook adopted in 2019 and 2020, new requirements were levied by the Homeowners Association and intended to apply to all boats in the Cays. The Coronado Cays Board of Directors asked the BVD Inc Board to endorse the following rules from their Members Handbook and quote them to our shareholders in good faith.

5.2.1 Condition of Boats- All boats docked or moored in the Coronado Cays must be

maintained in a neat and clean condition at all times. Boat covers must not be ripped or torn.

Any repairs or maintenance work must not significantly degrade the appearance of the boat

and must comply with all applicable environmental rules. Smells or noises emitting from

boats are a nuisance and are prohibited.

5.2.2 Boat Operation- Motor-driven boats are limited to a speed of no more than 5 mph

within 300 feet of any residential property in the Coronado Cays.

5.2.3 Boat Docking - No boat shall be docked stern towards the bulkheads.
